Inner truth
A few months ago on my morning Internet lurking I came across a blog and on that blog there was a photo of a guy who made a bike helmet out of the inner tubing of the tyre. I thought that was cool so today I decided to draw it, add a skull/zombie creature and this was the result.

Audio slideshow: Body art behind bars
Really interesting; The BBC's Mohammed Allie talks to photographer Araminta de Clermont and the subjects of her recent exhibition - former South African prisoners, whose tattoo-covered bodies reveal the story of life inside and its gang culture. View it here

Mo town
This week has been crazy my suburb (Paddington) has been hit by storm after storm. They predict another one tonight and the grand daddy for tomorrow, even worse then Sunday! Maybe they are testing that new weather pulse ray (ARGOS) that is set up in the Antarctic.
Will post some work up soon, maybe before the next storm hits.

Monday night madness
As I was waiting for the train to come back to Brisbane from work my boy Mark B called me and said he was in town and we should get on the piss, so I got home around 730pm and proceeded to do so. Was a rainy night but we still had a lot of fun, for a Monday night anyway.
On Sunday afternoon the side of my apartment building was struck by lightning I was inside whilst this happened I could hear the electronic pulse run through the building.

French at Nine Lives
Last week was awesome. I started at Billabong and will be working with a great bunch of creative people. One of those creatives is a crazy dude that goes by the name of Claudio Kirac. On Thursday night he was invited to talk to the local Gold Coast graduating tafe students. The Billabong art department all went along, it was so good. Last night I ventured firstly to my mates folio night ( I had mine last year ) then onto the first solo show at Nine Lives gallery. French was the artist and his work is sick!! A great night to cap off a great week!
Earlier in the day I called into the gallery for a sneak peak. Joel was busy with the final touches.
And it begins
Congrats guys!!
